  2. where there is more than one kitchen on a site (other than a kitchen within a family flat or a kitchenette provided as part of a bed and breakfast or farm stay) there shall be deemed to be more than one residential unit;
  3. a residential unit may include no more than one family flat as part of that residential unit;
  4. a residential unit may be used as a holiday home provided it does not involve the sale of alcohol, food or other goods; and
  5. a residential unit may be used as a bed and breakfast or farm stay.
